Booking your attendance or taking a role at your club's meeting is now available in a mobile aware format within easy-Speak.
The mobile aware meeting agenda screen now allows you to:
Book your attendance at the meeting,
Confirm or decline a role that has been assigned to you
Volunteer for an available role (if your club permits this)
Touching the meeting location opens a map and your GPS enabled mobile device will give you the travel directions if you need them.
Touching a fellow member's name on the screen opens a pop-up with their contact details and you may telephone them or send an SMS message direct from that screen if they have shared these details with you.
There is an option to move to the Mobile Timer View where a pop-up displays a stopwatch and will record the time for each meeting participant.
Up to ten Table Topics are availabe and you may enter the name for each speaker.
Times and names of each participant are retained for your report at the end of the meeting
The Mobile Overview shows a summary of all the roles and attendance with your own role(s) listed at the top of the screen
The mobile menu options allow you to switch between Mobile Agenda, Mobile Overview, Timer view and Meeting Details (the full screen version)
The login and mobile screens are presented in a simplified form to make them readable on a smaller screen.
To access this, go to the website using your mobile device, log in, select the next meeting for your club from the left-side menu and the next meeting Summary Screen will be displayed in mobile format.
You may bookmark from the top Menubar > Meetings > Agenda for Mobile Devices and this link will always take you to the next meeting of your club.
Don't forget that you may also subscribe to the Web Calendar to update all your club meetings automatically in your smartphone or Outlook etc calendar
