When you have a project-task - there should be threaded discussions regarding the way the task is being carried out - feedback, comments from the person carrying out the task, as well as the team or stakeholders.
Currently the task is fashioned like a "Task List" task item, not a project item.
If you look at Mantis, that is closer to this ideal.
