I don't think many people still practice, protest or activism Rexism, I don't even think that many people will know what Rexism is, or it's main goal.
I don't see any Modern parties or groups fighting for Rexism though, only have of the groups in the US only support ideologies that are many National Socialism or just very right-leaning views that look like "republican-conservativism" e.g. Patriot Front, or something like that.
